MEET THE TEAM

Hey guys! Welcome to ACTIV’s blog! Our team is mixed with physical therapists and strength and conditioning coaches who genuinely love helping people achieve their fitness and performance goals.  We think the world is better place when more people are informed about their bodies and have the power to take charge of their lives! We hope this blog will do just that.

I want to provide a safe environment for people striving to better themselves.”
